Prepare a post from a recording

1. Import a video and inspect its duration and format.
2. Press Prepare all metadata. The app transcribes speech with timestamps, creates one content brief, and uses editable Markdown skills to write separate drafts for each platform.
3. Review the drafts beside a visual preview of the recording. Edit any field, copy an individual field or platform package, or export Markdown or JSON.

Preparation uses speech transcription and a language model on the device. Apple's installed model is the default. An optional Qwen model can be downloaded in Settings; its files then run locally. No video, transcript or draft is sent to an AI generation service.

Review and optional direct publishing

When a platform grants the required app access, Review & publish shows the selected video, account, editable metadata and each available visibility or disclosure control. Approve & Publish sends the approved video and metadata directly from your device to that selected platform. Creating or editing a draft never starts an upload. Each selected platform has its own saved attempt and result so an interrupted or uncertain upload can be checked before another approval.

Account connections, provider permissions and public posting are enabled only where the required access is available. The app shows connection and publishing status for each platform. Copy and export work without a connected account.

Platform formats and current access

• YouTube Shorts: Prepare a title, description, hashtags and tags. For the app's Shorts publishing path, attach a square or vertical clip of at most three minutes. The app contains a private-upload workflow; its live account connection and upload still need checking. Unaudited API uploads are restricted to Private visibility, and public uploads require Google's review.
• Instagram Reels: Prepare a caption, hashtags and call to action. Direct Reel publishing requires a professional Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page, a granted Meta publishing permission, and a working account connection. That provider connection and live upload are still being checked.
• TikTok: Prepare a caption, hashtags, search keywords and call to action. A Direct Post additionally requires TikTok's creator settings, consent and approved permissions. Public TikTok connection and direct publishing remain unavailable while provider approval and the Apple credential-revocation policy question are unresolved.

Platform account access and published posts are governed by the selected platform. Paradise PostPrep does not schedule posts or remove a published post when you delete a local project.
